KeyPaid does not collect, transmit, or sell your expense data. Everything you enter — amounts, payment method names, memos — stays on your device (and, if you use Apple Watch, syncs directly between your own iPhone and your own Apple Watch over Apple's WatchConnectivity framework, never through our servers, because we don't operate any). The only data collection in this app comes from the advertising shown to free users, described below — Pro subscribers see no ads and no ad-related data collection.
The free version of KeyPaid shows a small banner ad at the bottom of the screen, served by Google AdMob. This is the only third-party service in the app. AdMob may collect technical and device data (such as your advertising identifier, IP address, and general device information) to serve and measure ads — Google's own privacy policy and user consent policy describe what it collects and how.
On iOS, the first time you open the app we ask for permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system before any cross-app tracking identifier is used. If you decline (or don't respond), you still see ads — they're just not personalized to you. Upgrading to Pro removes the ad banner entirely, and with it, any ad-related data collection — the app goes back to collecting nothing.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app first shows Google's consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. Ads are only requested after you respond. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the app.
Subscription and purchase processing is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment details — Apple's own privacy policy covers that data.
Outside of the AdMob banner described above, KeyPaid contains no analytics SDKs and no crash reporters. The app itself is built only on Apple's own frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData, StoreKit, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, AppIntents, WatchConnectivity). We personally do not track you across apps or websites, and we have nothing to sell — any tracking-capable identifier that exists is used solely by AdMob for ad delivery, and only with your ATT consent.
If you use Siri or the Shortcuts app to log an expense, that request is processed by Apple's on-device/Siri systems under Apple's own privacy terms. We only receive the amount and payment method you dictate, and it's stored the same as any other entry — locally, on your device.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. Because your expense data never leaves your device, you control it fully: you can edit or delete any entry in the app, and deleting the app removes all of it. For data collected by Google AdMob, use the in-app Ad Privacy Options, the iOS tracking setting (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking), or contact Google. For anything else, email us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
KeyPaid is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Because ad personalization depends on ATT consent that Apple only presents to adult App Store accounts in the normal case, and the free tier's ads use Google's standard (not child-directed) treatment, KeyPaid is intended for a general audience.

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스에 계신 경우, 앱이 먼저 Google의 동의 메시지(User Messaging Platform)를 보여 드려 맞춤 광고에 데이터를 사용할지 직접 고르실 수 있으며, 응답하신 뒤에만 광고를 요청합니다. 선택은 앱의 설정 → 광고 개인정보 보호 옵션에서 언제든 바꾸실 수 있습니다.
구독·결제 처리는 전부 Apple의 StoreKit이 담당합니다. 저희는 결제 정보를 전혀 볼 수 없으며, 해당 데이터는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
