Terms of Use

These terms apply to the KeyPaid app for iPhone and Apple Watch ("the App"), published by Studio Pinnacle ("we"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App. If these terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA prevails.

1. The service

KeyPaid is a personal expense log. You enter amounts yourself; the App does not connect to banks or card issuers. Cashback and point estimates are simple calculations from rates you enter and are not statements from any card company. The App does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, and amounts in different currencies are not converted.

2. KeyPaid Pro (in-app purchases)

• KeyPaid Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Purchases can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchase" in the App.

3. Ads

The free version shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled. Pro removes ads.

4. Your data

Your records are stored only on your devices. You are responsible for backing up your device; we cannot recover data that is deleted or lost.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, or use it in violation of any law.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be waived.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

이용약관

이 약관은 Studio Pinnacle(이하 "저희")이 제공하는 iPhone·Apple Watch용 KeyPaid 앱(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다. 앱을 내려받거나 사용하시면 이 약관과 앱 사용 허가를 규정하는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)에 동의하시는 것으로 봅니다. 둘이 충돌하면 Apple EULA가 우선합니다.

1. 서비스

KeyPaid는 개인 지출 기록 앱입니다. 금액은 이용자가 직접 입력하며, 은행·카드사와 연결되지 않습니다. 캐시백·포인트 예상치는 이용자가 입력한 비율로 계산한 참고값이며 카드사의 안내가 아닙니다. 앱은 금융·세무·법률 자문을 제공하지 않으며, 서로 다른 통화의 금액을 환산하지 않습니다.

2. KeyPaid Pro (인앱 구입)

• KeyPaid Pro는 월간 구독, 연간 구독, 평생 이용권(1회 결제)으로 제공되며, 가격은 구매 전 앱에 현지 통화로 표시됩니다.
• 결제는 구매 확인 시 Apple ID로 청구됩니다.
• 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 그 시점의 가격으로 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
• 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 구독을 구매하면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸됩니다. 체험 종료 전에 해지하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 시작됩니다.
• 구독 관리·해지는 iPhone 설정 → 본인 이름 → 구독에서 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
• 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다 (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• 같은 Apple ID로 로그인한 다른 기기에서는 앱의 "구매 복원"으로 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고

무료 버전에는 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 데이터 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요. Pro에서는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

4. 이용자 데이터

기록은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 백업은 이용자의 책임이며, 삭제·분실된 데이터는 저희가 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.

5. 이용 제한

앱을 역설계·재판매하거나 법을 위반하는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

6. 책임의 제한

앱은 법이 허용하는 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 저희는 간접·결과적 손해나 앱의 정보를 근거로 한 이용자의 결정에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 이용자 거주 국가의 소비자 보호법상 배제할 수 없는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

7. 변경

약관이 바뀌면 위 시행일이 갱신됩니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하시면 바뀐 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.
